Catback Exhaust Systems
Since exhaust emissions are strictly regulated by state and federal laws, in most cases you are not legally allowed to completely replace your exhaust system. That said, the only part of the stock exhaust that you have to keep is the catalytic converter. Everything from the converter to the back of the car (usually referred to as “catback” parts) can be replaced and upgraded with aftermarket equipment.
Installing Catback Exhausts
We feature exhaust systems that will work with many types of cars. All of our aftermarket exhaust kits are designed with performance in mind. We feature high-flow exhausts that get the exhaust out of your engine quickly, allowing it to run faster and more efficiently.
Aftermarket exhaust systems have a lot of benefits. In terms of performance, they usually give you a noticeably larger amount of mid-range torque, and they make your engine more responsive. If you’ve done a lot of other mods you to your engine, you probably even need an aftermarket exhaust to handle the engine’s increased output.
Aside from performance benefits, aftermarket catback exhausts also give you a great sound and a great look. Everybody loves the sound of a great aftermarket muffler, and that shiny silver pipe really adds excitement to the overall look of your car. If you’re looking to install a catback exhaust on your car, you’ll be happy to learn that they’re relatively easy to put in. Most kits come with all the necessary hardware, so you can literally bolt them into your car and start driving!
